22-25 June post-2015 negotiations on zero draft of outcome document
The 22-25 June session of the intergovernmental negotiations on the post-2015 development agenda took place in the Trusteeship Council Chamber at UN Headquarters. Videos of the sessions may be found in the archive at http://webtv.un.org/. The programme of work, relevant documentation and a list of side events are available here: https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/post2015.
On Wednesday, 24 June, the co-facilitators of the post-2015 negotiations, Ambassador Kamau (Kenya) and Ambassador Donoghue (Ireland), met with major groups and other stakeholders from 10:00am - 1:00pm in the Trusteeship Council Chamber, to discuss the zero draft of the outcome document for the UN Summit to adopt the Post-2015 Development Agenda. This meeting focused on the Declaration and the Follow up and Review sections of the zero draft. To facilitate preparations for the meeting, UN-NGLS and DESA-DSD created the following Google Spreadsheet that major groups and other stakeholders used for identifying collaborative groupings for statements, and posting links to Google Docs of the groups' draft statements: http://bit.ly/24June-Stakeholder-Collaboration
Major Groups and other Stakeholders were also invited to submit input on proposed text changes for the zero draft paragraph by paragraph via another Google Form: http://bit.ly/post2015-zero-draft-submit-feedback. Responses to this form may be viewed here: http://bit.ly/Post-2015-zero-draft-feedback-received.
