arton3520Ten years after the landmark 2001 UNGASS on HIV/AIDS, the UN General Assembly High‐Level Meeting (HLM) on AIDS, held in New York from 8‐10 June 2011, brought together more than 3,000 participants, including 30 Heads of State and Government, to review progress, reaffirm current commitment and chart future action in the global fight against AIDS as it continues to destroy lives and opportunities for many.

This NGLS e-Roundup highlights the main discussions at the 2011 HLM, examines its outcome, and features various interviews with different stakeholders involved in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
