President of the General Assembly appoints Co-Facilitators on negotiations for the Post-2015 Development Agenda

The 69th President of the General Assembly, Mr. Sam Kahamba Kutesa, has appointed Co-Facilitators to conduct intergovernmental consultations on the modalities for the negotiations of the post-2015 development agenda: Mr. David Donoghue, Permanent Representative of Ireland, and Mr. Macharia Kamau, Permanent Representative of Kenya.

Third International Conference on Financing for Development, July 2015 The third International Conference on Financing for Development will be held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 13-16 July 2015. It will gather high-level political representatives, including Heads of State and Government, and Ministers of Finance, Foreign Affairs and Development Cooperation, as well as all relevant institutional stakeholders, non-governmental organizations and business sector entities.
